• Reservation: A booking is confirmed only after we receive a completed reservation form and a deposit payment. The deposit amount varies by package but is typically 50% of the total tour price.

• Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in cash (IDR) on the day of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment Methods: We accept cash (Indonesian Rupiah), bank transfer, and selected online payment platforms. Credit card payments may be subject to additional processing fees.

• Currency: All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings are honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.

• Cancellation by Customer:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the tour start time: Full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time: No refund will be issued.

  • No-shows or failure to be ready at the designated pick-up time: No refund.

• Cancellation by Operator:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions, volcanic activity, natural disasters, or other safety concerns. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.

• Modifications: Any changes to your booking (such as date, time, or number of participants) must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

• Pick-up Times: Pick-up times are provided upon booking confirmation. Please be ready at your hotel lobby or designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

• Waiting Policy: Our drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If you are not present, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.

• Areas Covered: Free pick-up and drop-off are available from major tourist areas including Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran. An additional surcharge may apply for pick-ups from Lovina, Amed, Candidasa, or other distant areas.

We reserve the right to modify the tour itinerary or route due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative experience.

We strive to provide the best possible experience. If you have any concerns during the tour, please notify your guide immediately so we can address the issue. For post-tour complaints, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the tour completion.
